Together

Camp Circle

A parallel leader workspace for people walking through DYDD together. The course stays clean for the learner. The circle gives the host progress, pacing, shared discussion, and the Field Guide beside the Journey without crowding it.

One access model can support solo, couple, small group, and church class paths.

Start with one rule: every person gets their own seat. Camp Circle simply links those seats into a pair, group, or class dashboard so the learner experience stays personal and the leader experience stays organized.

Sell access by seats, then let leaders invite people into the right circle.

These prices are working placeholders so the page can show the business model visually. The package includes the DYDD course, the digitized workbook experience, DesignID access, Spiritual Gifts, and Fruit Life. Paper books are separate.

Books are not included in seat pricing.

Learners can order the paper book or workbook separately. Current planning assumes a $19.99 retail book/workbook reference price. Larger classes can request a bulk book quote, but bulk fulfillment needs about three weeks of lead time and includes book cost plus shipping.

01

Every person has their own account, seat, assessment record, workbook responses, and progress history.

02

Pairs, circles, and classes connect separate accounts together by invite instead of sharing a login.

03

Private CARE, Pathfinder, and assessment answers stay private unless a learner intentionally shares a summary.

04

Leaders see seat status, readiness, progress, reminders, and Field Guide notes for the circle they are leading.

Solo

Walk solo

One learner buys one seat, keeps a private workbook record, and moves through DYDD, DesignID, Spiritual Gifts, and Fruit Life at their own pace.

2 people

Pair or couple

Two independent learner accounts are paired by invite so each person keeps their own answers while the pair gets shared progress and discussion prompts.

4-10 people

Small group

A host buys seats up front, names the circle, sends invites, and uses the Field Guide, reminders, and progress view to keep the group moving.

10-25+ people

Class

A church or organization buys a class pack, distributes invite seats, and manages participant pacing without exposing private workbook entries.

Jordan's current circles

Current circles stay active for a defined season, then move into a read-only archive. Longer groups can still move slowly through all 70 lessons, but the leader always knows which circles are live and which ones are finished.

Field GuideIdentity: Who and Whose

Circle Field Guide

A facilitator layer for hosts, class leaders, church teams, and couples who want more than a participant workbook. It gives the leader the setup plan, session notes, discussion flow, assessment timing, email touchpoints, and appendices needed to guide people through DYDD without exposing anyone's private journal or workbook record.

Built from the Church Implementation Leaders Playbook by John Willoughby.

Before the lesson

Frame the next section, confirm the privacy boundary, and decide which shared question belongs in the room.

During the lesson

Listen for confusion, repeated language, and places where people need permission to slow down.

After CARE

Ask for themes, questions, and next steps only. Private workbook answers stay with the learner.

Close the circle

Name what the group is carrying forward, set the next assignment, and send one simple reminder.

Explain how the app, workbook, assessments, and Circle summaries work together.

Prepare next

Make sure every participant can access the Journey and understands the private-versus-shared boundary.

Send the DesignID assessment link early enough for results to be ready during Identity.

Session 2Identity and DesignID

Leader focus

Invite shared summaries only; personal DesignID details stay private unless the participant chooses to share.

Prepare a simple explanation of primary, secondary, and integrative reflections.

Preview Expertise so participants begin noticing skills, competencies, and developed wisdom.

Draw out concrete evidence rather than vague strengths.

Prepare next

Ask participants to list moments, people, places, and seasons that shaped them.

Prepare the circle for Story with care, gentleness, and freedom not to share everything.

Session 4Story

Leader focus

Create a careful room where people can name formation without being pushed into exposure.

Help participants see triumphs, wounds, culture, family, work, and church as formation material.

Keep the shared Circle record focused on themes, questions, and learning, not private details.

Prepare next

Preview Desire as the place where burden, motivation, and longing become clearer.

Ask participants to notice what consistently moves their heart.

Prepare a follow-up note that honors Story without summarizing anyone's personal pain.

Touchpoints

Story recap with a gentle follow-up reflection.

Desire preview: what moves you and what burdens you.

Care note reminding participants they control what they share.

Session 5Desire

Leader focus

Distinguish holy desire from pressure, ego, fear, or preference alone.

Help the circle notice how identity, expertise, and story are beginning to converge.

Keep participants moving toward surrender and faithful action, not just self-analysis.

Prepare next

Send the Spiritual Gifts assessment link or reminder before the Gifts session.

Prepare examples of gifts as grace for service rather than status.

Review how DesignID and Spiritual Gifts will sit side by side.

Compare gifts with DesignID and lived confirmation without forcing conclusions.

Encourage people to test gifts through humble service, community confirmation, and fruit.

Prepare next

Ask participants to review every Pathfinder line created so far.

Prepare the Niche session as synthesis, not a high-pressure final answer.

Identify participants who may need coaching before drafting a declaration.

Touchpoints

Spiritual Gifts result follow-up.

Sessions 7-8Niche, Declaration, and Commissioning
